End Effectors & Robot Tooling

The end-effector defines what the robot can actually do. Grippers, vacuum tools, force sensors, sanding heads, polishing tools, dispensing systems and tool changers turn a robot platform into an application-specific solution.

End-of-arm tooling is often the deciding factor for whether a robotic cell is reliable in production. The choice depends on the part geometry, surface, weight, throughput and the kind of force or compliance required.

Tool changers, force / torque sensors and adaptive grippers enable a single robot to perform multiple tasks across product variants.
