Buy Palletizing Robots: Cobot Palletizers up to 40 kg

Fixed, lifting and mobile palletizers from Atom Robot, with matching grippers and safety fencing.

Two numbers matter most when choosing a palletizing robot: the weight of a case including the gripper, and the stacking height. After that comes the setup: fixed, with a lifting axis, or mobile. Atom Robot names food, pharma, electronics, chemicals and printing as fields of use.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can a cobot palletizer be set up?

Atom Robot states that new palletizing tasks can be deployed in about an hour thanks to graphical programming. That covers the task itself. Allow extra time for connecting it to your line and for guarding.

Vacuum or finger gripper for palletizing?

Closed boxes usually pick well with suction. With open or heavy boxes, parallel gripping is less sensitive to material and porosity. It's best to test with your own cases.

Does a cobot palletizer need a safety fence?

That follows from the risk assessment of your installation, where the weight and speed of the cases play a big part. For the area around the working envelope, there's the standard safety fence with light curtains.
