Gecko Gripper
Adhesive gripper using van der Waals forces — no marks, no air, no electricity.
Inspired by the gecko's foot, this gripper holds flat, smooth or perforated workpieces with micro-scale adhesive pads that rely on van der Waals forces. It needs no cables, electricity, air or programming, and leaves no marks even on high-shine surfaces — removing the cleaning step that suction grippers force downstream. Available in SP1, SP3 and SP5 variants named after their payload in kilograms.
