Mount the Screwdriver on any leading robot arm, fit the right bit and enter screw length and torque in the robot interface — no separate integration needed. An embedded axis drives the screw once the arm is in position, cutting robot motion and simplifying programming. The tool detects whether a screw was picked, is the correct length and was properly inserted, and covers M1.6 to M6 up to 50 mm long.
